After training in a group session for about a year prior to COVID, I knew it was time to get back into working out, but wasn't quite sure where to start. My personal training experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I worked with Rick in private sessions and found him to be extremely motivating, supportive and an absolute class act he took time to build and modify the training sessions based on my progress and goals. Rick constantly went out of his way to keep me on track, checking in regularly to make sure I was meeting my goals. In 1 month lost 3 pounds and couple of inches.
