So glad I joined! Great community and coaches. I feel challenged everyday and look forward to class. Gym is clean and loaded with great equipment.

CrossFit Cabarrus has been such a valuable investment in my life and that of my family’s. The childcare is amazing, the coaches are all so knowledgeable and encouraging, and the atmosphere is one that challenges me physically without intimidating me or making me feel like I’m not cut out for this. I can’t say enough great things about my experience here!As a side note, CFC happens to be where I met my husband; and we both have CFC’s geographical coordinates tattooed on our arms 😂! So to say CFC will always be a part of our lives is an understatement ☺️.

I’ve been a member in 3 different CrossFit boxes in over 13 yrs and I will say CrossFit Cabarrus is the most complete from the extremely knowledgeable coaches to the family like atmosphere with the athletes. If you’re someone looking to workout for the first time or a veteran in the gym, I highly recommend this facility. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had such an amazing experience at CrossFit Cabarrus. The community is awesome and welcomes everyone right in. The coaches are so helpful to someone who had zero CrossFit experience. The members and coaches here have made this such a fun environment that I look forward to everyday!

I love this place!Hands down, best choice I’ve made continuing my membership after finishing the weight loss challenged. VERY friendly team and coaches, who motivates me daily. If you can show up with dedication and determination, this box is equipped with unity in diversity in a welcoming, family friendly, challenging environment. I have found my home with these amazing people. You will feel safe if you overweight, or if you are 95 years old. Our coaches are educated and dedicated to what they’re doing. You will not get hurt. If you want to take the necessary steps for a healthier you, welcome home.

Love this place. The culture of this gym is rooted in friendships and community and you get a sense of that immediately - this is a place where anyone is welcome regardless of who you are or where your fitness level is at. The coaches will make sure you're comfortable yet challenged with respect to also being safe!The programming is cyclical and varied. If you show up consistently, It will definitely pay off in the form of gains across many different facets of your fitness level!Started coming here last November and couldn't be happier! Made a ton of new friends, learned a lot of new skills, and am getting fitter by the day

I’ve been coming to CrossFit Cabarrus for one year. I’ve gained 110lbs on my back squat, 40lbs on my bench press and a 100lbs on my deadlift. I learned how to jump rope, toes to bar, did my first bar muscle up and hand stand push up in that time also. I love the coaching and atmosphere at CFC. I highly recommend dropping in and checking it out!

Been a member of CrossFit Cabarrus 5+ years now and have never been happier at a gym. The coaches are top notch and have my personal goals in mind every time I attend class. They are extremely knowledgeable and always working to improve our technique. And don’t even get me started on the community….beyond anything else I’ve ever experienced…great people, great coaches, amazing gym!! One more side note: it’s also extremely clean…always see coaches, members, and staff wiping down equipment. (And did I mention the childcare, outdoor pool, and newly renovated locker rooms?! Seriously best gym around!!)

This gym isn’t just a place to work out. It’s a community of people who are passionate about staying fit and are committed to being better than they were the day before! We support one another and make each other better.
