Open gym on Mondays and Thursdays is a huge hit for young kids - and for only $5 for the hour, it’s a great deal too! Love the mix of group activities and staff as well

5 stars for this birthday party location! They help you set up and clean up the party area and there’s so much to do inside the gym! The kids loved the foam pit and bounce house and the parents had a blast too! We had 1 year olds up to 7 and there was something for everyone. 10/10 recommend!

The homeschool class is hard to beat. Coach Evan is really good at helping kids grow in their abilities.

Great place to take the kids. Toddler Tumble time every week! Inquire about their programs for more advanced kids. Warm and welcoming staff. Ask Amanda about the balloons!!

My 8 yr old daughter was supposed to have her 8th bday party here yesterday. I had booked it & spoke to someone abt it via phone & email since beginning of April. Well long story short, someone their took down my information & was given to the wrong person, the party coordinator at their SC location. I didn’t know they had a SC location. I spoke to a lady named Sedona numerous times abt the party details, and paid my deposit via phone, never not 1 time was anything discussed abt verifying the concord location. I had spent 6 weeks planning this party, a lot of time, energy & money was spent, I had spent abt $400 on food, decor, party favors, balloons etc etc & when I arrive they send two kids out who look to be around 13-14 to discuss with me abt what’s going on & when I asked to speak to the adult in charge I was told nobody was their in the building so they called her on the phone. She told me “I” must have made the mistake at booking at wrong location & I told her there was no way that’s possible. She made me feel like I was at fault when I knew I was not. So my daughter never had her party there. We left & had to go to Myers park instead & it was a total chaos seen & thrown together & u organized. I was so upset I was in full fledge tears, my hands were trembling, I had friends of my daughter from school RSVP etc. Then I finally got a call last night from a lady, who did confirm what I knew, that I did in fact originally call the concord location to book the party & someone, they aren’t sure who took down my information & it landed in the wrong hands at their Fort Mill SC location. Then they offer to reschedule for another day at half off. I said NO! I just wanted the best party this yr for my daughter as she asked specifically to have her party at a gymnastics type place and in the end, no fault to me we had to have it at the park at the last minute. I have never been so upset overwhelmed, frustrated, embarrassed & angry in my 33 yrs of life. I am still upset today & my eyes get watery when I think back to yesterday & having to try and explain to my child why she can’t have her party where she wanted to so badly with her family & friends. If I could give zero stars I would! Please make sure you very your location when booking a party bc they surely don’t.

I had my daughter’s 7th birthday party at this location and it was fantastic! My daughter and all of her friends had a blast. The facility was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend to others .

AMAZING! I had never been here before but heard about their 5 dollar toddler hour on Mondays at 10 so I took my two toddlers and had a BLAST!!! SO much fun. The staff are wonderful and great with kids too.. highly recommend.

Had my child's 3rd birthday party here. The people working there seem unorganized. I called the Concord location 3-4 different times and left voice-mails trying to schedule the party and someone finally called me back. The time slots are booked back to back for parties, 15 minutes for set up and 15 for breakdown. When I arrived to set up there were 3 teenagers playing around in the gym area and they seemed clueless about what exactly to do. They offered to help set up and then disappeared until my guests started arriving. There was 1 that was somewhat helpful. Then at the end we weren't given any warning about needing to pack up, one of the teens just started packing things up as the next party was waiting... the kids had a ton of fun which is what matters but it was a bit disappointing and stressful as a parent and party planner.

An absolute great place (Birthday Zone) for a staff managed party! Highly recommend.

Very fun place. Took my kids there for open play which is Tuesdays from 10:00-11:00. Costs only $5 per child and is a lot of fun. They get to burn off some energy and have fun. The director is great with kids and makes it a great time. My kids were very sad when it came time to leave. Look forward to going back.
