Great power lifting and strong man gym. I was able to improve my strength at lot at this gym and I never had a problem with it being over crowded either. It’s a little on the smaller side but not too small either

It’s been years since I joined a gym. Relocated and Norse was super close, and exactly like the gyms of yore I grew up around except cleaner, lol. I didn’t think I would be able to find anything close that and definitely didn’t want to go …

Not just the best gym in Concord, it’s the ONLY real gym in Concord. Plenty of racks, platforms and weights available. There’s a great culture here among the small community of lifters looking to improve themselves.

There’s a difference between someone “who goes to the gym”, and someone “who works out”.Norse makes the difference very clear. With many friendly members who keep the gym space friendly and clean.I’ve only meet about 8 other members, but i guarantee all of them would have gave me excellent workout advise.

After years at commercial gyms I was blessed to have a friend tell me of Norse. 1- Epic vibes of strength, 2- community, 3- never really over crowded since it's 24/7, 4- instructions on best lifting form without judgement, 5- encouragement, 6- amazing gear that actually crosses over to my extreme sports and not just lifting.. or my daily clothing7- great supplements, 8- music that fuels you.Honestly I grew up lifting.. at gyms where people would randomly walk up and comment on outfits, my size, my abilities.. that doesn't happen here. What they do, if you need a spot, they are there. They will watch your form without creeping you out as a female. They will encourage you and never make you feel like you have failed. If you do miss a lift.. they critique it physically by what you may have done.. lost your shoulders or your core. And then they encourage you through doing it again.Do you have to speak up sometimes to build friendships.. yes. Why? Because they go in focused.. they don't go in to beat up on others or judge. When you let your guard down, you build a family..When I am moving and my travel restrictions in house searches are my church and gym.. you know you found the RIGHT gym.

Hands down the best gym I have ever been a part of. Everyone here wants you to improve and do better. The equipment is extremely high quality and there is a lot of unique equipment so your workout will never get boring.

This isn’t your ordinary gym! This gym is hardcore but at the same time convenient. It is host to some of the strongest people I know but also the nicest….They really know how to make you feel like a part of a family and community. Tons of equipment to select from and even some that most would consider unorthodox!

I just joined recently but already love this place!I had previously been a member of a franchise gym and got tired of them not having the right equipment for a proper workout and clientele that didn't take working out seriously. This place is far from fancy but that's exactly what I need - a gym that focuses on the workout and none of the excess. You won't find any spa treatments here or even mirrors. But you will find the tools you need to help reach your deadlift and squat goals. Finally I look forward to going to the gym again!

I have called this place my gym for over three years now. It’s been an amazing experience. I’ve always been treated with respect and dignity. My trainer, Lauren always works with me around any modifications I may need. She answers my questions promptly and she supports me wherever I am physically or mentally. She sets challenges for me because she knows I can achieve them.Everyone at this gym sees and honors strength- whether it be physical, emotional, or mental. Everyone challenges and supports each other, wherever we are.

Joined Norse recently after getting tired of trying to fight for limited equipment and dealing with the obnoxious crowds that big box gyms often bring. This place has been awesome. All the equipment that strength athletes could ask for, never overcrowded, and a great vibe across the board. Also love what their brand stands for which is an added bonus.
