I love how you have thought about the elderly and disabled. You have a lot of cleaning stations to make it convenient. The 30minute workout area makes it easy for a person just starting out to have a comprehensive workout without guess work. I love that there is a trainer available that is included. Your fees are very affordable. I think it's great that you offer a free membership to students during the summer. The hours are wonderful because it allows shift workers the opportunity to workout at their convenience. Beautiful locker rooms. I love the hydro beds.

This is my favorite PF location! The staff is incredible and a special shout-out to Sindi for always having amazing customer service! The gym is so well kept as well, if you’re looking for a gym, this is it!

This has been my home gym since May 2021 and I absolutely recommend joining this location. The staff is always so welcoming and the gym community is very friendly as well. Planet Fitness Concord is the best!

The staff was very welcoming. It was my first time in a Planet Fitness, and I was greeted and given a quick and comprehensive tour. Everything was very clean, as if that day was the grand opening. Highly recommend.

These club has been lacking the past few weeks. I go to the gym early morning before work as I have been doing for the past year and half. Now it’s close every other Monday morning. That is not the best costumer service, I also see employees running towards the front office saying “I know I am late” to the other employees. This club has definitely gone from bad to worst and I am considering canceling my membership with Planet fitness as a whole.

By FAR the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Not a speck of dust or litter to be seen. Everything is always stocked.The staff is so nice and always greets me by name. Jenn and Emily in particular always make my day. I *can* go to other locations nearby but none of them are as nice as this one.

I’m from out of state and thought I’d try the Concord location out. Very impressed! It was very clean, equipment new/in great shape, plenty of machines with no waiting, etc.My home location needs to take pointers from Concord on how to be a 5 star gym.

I give PF 5 stars because your facility is always spotless! Super clean, which is extremely important to me. Your employees are so kind yet professional. Not a time when I’ve walked through your doors to check in where they haven’t greeted me with a smile and said hello! It’s my favorite place to be 3 times a week!!!

I’ve felt so uncomfortable at gyms in the past but not here. This Planet Fitness has friendly management staff and they are on the ball always cleaning machines. Even when the place is busy there is always a way to get a good workout it in. I recommend this location 100%!
