Totally love this new fitness spot! Great variety of classes. I did the circuit which was just enough for my out of shape body lol. I loved that the instructor helped everyone who was at a different level. Love…Love the disco balls and the dark workout room. It feels like working out at a dance club! Can’t wait to try more classes!

AKT is such a fun way to get in shape and actually have a blast doing it. All the instructors are fun & patient. Each class has a very unique rhythm to it, literally music blasting for each class (dance, circuit, tone, bands.. and even special themed workouts). I was a gym junkie out of habit but never enjoyed my workouts like this… I get excited about my workouts at AKT. 🤩 Sammy, Alex, Lola, Regina, Kristin & Jessica are all beautiful personalities & awesome trainers ♥️ 💪
