Very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff! I appreciate them all. Fun and positive attitude from the crew makes the experience very enjoyable! My personal trainer Travis is very supportive, patient, resourceful and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend the EōS gym in Coral Springs, and would like to give shout outs to the whole team, including the management, team members, cleaning crew and all the amazing coaches!! Good job, thank you guys 👏🏻🤛🏻💪🏻

Gym is great so far . Everyone seems friendly and everyone who comes does come to workout . Big gym Lots of machines . Lots of in shape people go to this gym that’s the atmosphere I need to be around . I get it in and get right on out . Keep the place clean and keep the staff engaged with a smile . The gym itself is nice but canceling your membership it's a complete nightmare, they just keep on charging you to the point you need to deal with your bank to stop payments, the so called managers are incompetent and never respond emails or return calls, they put you on a 30 day cancel Request that it allows them to charge you again, while signing up I asked if I could cancel anytime, or switch between memberships since I just wanted to try out the gym and I was told yes at any time, it turned out that it wasn't true and if you don't cancel within 3 days you're pretty much locked into paying their 50 dollar yearly fee and your next month fee since you needed to give them a 30 day notice which they can deny, go read reviews on the "bad business bureau" and you'll see I'm not lying this place is a total scam.

Fantastic gym, clean and updated. 3 stars because the staff is lackluster, they are rude and stuck up. Gym is also constantly packed with high school kids.

Everytime I come to this gym employees chit chat instead of walking around making sure people are following the rules and making people re rack their weights. Every single time someone is leaving weights everywhere! They get paid to socialize at this gym and be cool rather than enforce a clean well kept gym. It’s sad because it’s a nice gym but they don’t care it’s not their gym really so why put the effort in right? This gym is a sloppy mess and a lot of it has to do with management and employees. I hope it gets better from this review or they might look me up and laugh at me for making this review ! But someone’s got to say it ! I’m not getting paid to chit chat I’m here to work out in a gym with iron and commitment not social hour .

When I first joined EOS Fitness a year ago, it was a breath of fresh air. The gym was brand new and it was immaculate. All the equipment was in good working order and the gym was kept very clean. Management was attentive and did not rely on having brand new equipment alone. Staff were constantly reracking weights and there were always janitorial staff cleaning. They have an in house repair person as well. I was also impressed with the speed of replacing items, such as stretching mats, when needed.Lately, this gym just feels like another LA Fitness for a slightly better value. You can't really beat the membership fees, but the quality of the gym has decreased immensely. The place is often dirty and they no longer seem to have dedicated janitors, relying on front desk type staffers to empty garbage pails here and there. No one chips in and reracks weights. (Not that the staff should have to, but when they did, it had a positive effect on the likelihood that members would clean up after themselves.) And equipment is not repaired or replaced as timely as it once was. Still a good value if you got the grand opening rates, but the quality is lacking.

The gym is always overcrowd but was tolerating this cause I cancelled my old one but I cancel my membership cause my card was changed and during that time I was not visiting the gym and when came back had a late feed cause my card did no go thru but they did no call or send me an email so I ask to remove it, they were very rude but so smart that prefer the cancellation of 3 membership (two premium) and no remove 15 dollars. I do not recommend to any one and taking with my experience I have a friend that will cancel it. Thanks to the genius customer service to motivate me on the cancelation.

Shane was insanely helpful with getting me signed up. I had all the questions and he had all the answers. He was super honest about the fees and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying and getting with my membership. I recommend you sign up with Shane as he will make sure you get a great experience.

This is has to be the worst gym I have ever had a membership with. All of the “managers” have no idea what they are doing. They overcharged me for my personal training class & to this day have made it the most difficult process to refund me the money. They somehow went from telling me there was a delay on their billing platform to then claiming a check has been mailed out. Jean, the “fitness manager” claims this is the reasoning…. That’s absolutely incorrect. Hayley, the “district operations manager” walks around the gym talking and laughing with people. I have texted and called her to resolve my situation…. No response, except I’ll be back in the office shortly. Please stay away from this gym. I have cancelled my membership and decided toGo elsewhere.
