Took my first class. I was nervous and feeling overwhelmed before we started. But the coaches were awesome! Close by all class, helping and encouraging. And the other members were encouraging and helpful too! I am looking forward to another class.

I just recently joined the F45 family and absolutely love it. The workouts are never the same so I never get bored. The entire staff are great and they make sure you are doing the exercises correct to avoid injuries. Highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a gym

Hands down the best gym I have ever been to!!! I’ve been an F45’er for 3 years and it truly is an amazing community with awesome coaches, a true judge free zone for all ages. Incredible mix of music, different workout exercises, equipment is set up for you daily. Challenges our offered to help you meet you goals and surround yourself with like minded people on similar journeys. I would give this review 10 stars if I could.

Just had my first visit last night. The atmosphere was positive, everyone was very friendly and the coaches were extremely helpful!
