Great community strength gym. They have everything you need to get in a great workout. Everyone you meet from the owners to the members are friendly, kind and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to train. If you are visiting the area, they allow drop in's. Don't miss a chance to train at HIT.

This is a nice addition to coral springs. The murals on the walls are awesome as are the Strongman & powerlifting equipment. The members are nice and the owners, Erica & Ray, have created a home for their lifters! I feel very comfortable here especially for bench with Ray! Come through & they'll welcome you as part of their family.
