I have been coming to the Coral Springs location for a year. Usually I’m not a gym lady but I decided to give this a try.Honestly I cannot say enough about this gym it’s more than just a gym. It’s another home for me. Lee is always here with a smile and answer any questions that I may have. She’s amazing.!I do travel often so whenever I am home, I always make sure to get my gym time in. It also helps with mental health and makes you feel great when you walk out.I am so happy that I gave this gym a chance I can’t imagine going anywhere els.

I am writing to update my previous review I had a negative experience with a Hotwire at Coral Springs when one of their employees provided me with incorrect information. However, the business took the initiative to reach out to me and get the issue resolved. I was impressed by their prompt response, willingness to listen to my concerns, and their commitment to understanding what happened.The business took full responsibility for their employee's mistake and worked diligently to make things right. Even though the issue happened last year, the owners and Lee the manager were dedicated to ensuring that I was satisfied with the outcome. I appreciated their accountability and their efforts to exceed my expectations.Overall, I am grateful for the way this business reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Their exceptional customer service and commitment to their customers have left a lasting positive impression on me.

Absolutely incredible! Best work out ever!!! Staff is amazing Maya and lee are the best staff members. Always clean and feel like my own gym. You gotta try it and then you will want it!!!!!

I can’t explain how excited I am about this place. The benefits of the infrared sauna is amazing on its own, but when you add awesome workouts & a smooth scheduling process—it’s even BETTER. Oh.. and did I mention it’s 24/7?! I did a free trial and I was able to do Pilates, cycling, and a resistance band workout but they have a lot of other options as well. There is a screen with instructors that guide you through your session and you have the choice to do a 45 minute workout, 15 min workout, or both! I’m personally in the process of detoxing from mold, so I know working out and sweating a little extra is going to be great for my routine. The benefits are EXCELLENT and very much worth giving a try!Update:As of today I’ve been with HOTWORX for 9 months and I LOVE it. The Coral Springs location is always clean and all of the staff members are always friendly and ready to help. Not only was I able to loose weight faster than any other workout I’ve done in my life, but this spot became my sanctuary when I needed to decompress from the stress of life. JOIN! Your health is WORTH the investment!

I want to thank Sharon & Kim very much!!! Your professionalism is truly appreciated. I am all about reviews and want to share with everyone that this facility is clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. AND the workouts are like no other you will get anywhere else!! I have recently been moved to work remotely, so I am not longer close enough to continue at this location and I am so disappointed. I love the science and benefit of the infrared HIIT short workouts. Please open a location in East Pompano near Atlantic Blvd. Thank you again.
