I absolutely love this place, the vibe, the coaches, the workouts, and the music played during workouts. The coaches provide such detailed and focused instruction. I've learned so many new exercises/routines, and my form has improved a lot. I had a back injury, and they modify my personal workouts to accommodate my injury and to not aggravate it. The attention you receive is very personal and done within the group workout. These workouts are really serious for those who really want to commit to their personal fitness and health. I highly recommend Just Lift! We get a lot done in one hour.

I have been coming here since Jan 2022 and this gym was the piece that I was always missing. The workouts transformed by body but the coaches and the community are the real bonus here. I recommend this gym to everyone because there is nothing else like it in our community.

Best coaches and workouts! I did cross fit for over 6 years and never saw the type of results I’m seeing at JL in just over a year! Highly recommend! Oh and the motivational talk at the beginning and end of every class is the added bonus!

Cannot say enough great things about Just Lift! Took my first class with Coach Amy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the members working out with me. If you’re looking for a place not centered around the typical HIIT workout, THIS is it!

I can’t recommend Just Lift enough! Regardless of where you may be in your fitness journey, you will constantly be challenged to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally, all while having fun doing it. The coaches all consistently bring the energy and add value in their own unique way. I’ve grown more in the last 8 months working out at Just Lift than I have in the last 8 years lifting solo. 10/10 recommend!

Just Lift is more than just a gym! Nicole has built an empire filled with motivational coaches who push you to be the best you can be! I truly am grateful to be apart of an amazing group of people. My absolute favorite gym. The coaches are incredible and inspiring. They always make modifications for me if I have Any injuries or discomfort. They’ll also encourage me to lift heavier knowing that I can.. but I don’t know and stay in my comfort zone. “Good things never come from comfort zones!” 5 ⭐️s

Absolutely love Just Lift. A friend of mine started over a year ago and I use to see her videos on IG. I hadn't done weights in years. I called Just Lift and spoke to Coach Nicole and went to my first class (which is free) I have loved it since day 1. I signed up and go regularly. I can see a big change in my body. I feel stronger and more confident!

Just Lift studios is more than just a gym. It is a community that pushes you to truly become your best self. Being surrounded by supportive coaches and other members that encourage and uplift you means everything. In such a short period of time I have become so much stronger both physically and mentally.
