I have been working out with Kerry and her “Krew” for almost 2 years. Before that I only did cardio workouts and did not see any significant changes to my body. I was fit but wanted more tone and definition. Kerry’s HIT style training with weights totally transformed me! You never do the same workout - ever! She also shares great tips for eating right and keeps constant communication with you. I can’t recommend her enough! I look forward to every workout!

This is truly a great small group training gym. You get the best of a small group class, help with nutrition, and Kerry’s daily motivational posts to keep you pumped. I was someone who always worked out but after having back and neck surgery within a 2 1/2 year span I lost my motivation. I wasn’t sure what I was capable of doing because I feared I’d hurt myself. Then I heard about this gym , and Kerry , who understood my type of injuries and made me relaxed and motivated that I could again work out with modifications and not feel less than anyone else in the class. Now I’m back feeling stronger physically and mentally than I was before my injuries.

I have been active my entire life and have gone to many classes over the years. There is no comparison to Kerry's training. If you want a true complete workout, this is the place with like minded folks. Other instructors and classes no longer compare. I Love it and truly miss the classes when I am not able to attend.

Before I started with Kerry I was doing workout on my own. Now I can say that having a trainer guiding you in every step is wonderful! Kerry guides me and motivates me on each step. She also guides me on my nutrition. In my case, I'm trying to tone my body and nothing is better than this training with a professional fitness trainer. We work on small group and receive one on one attention which is perfect to reach your individual goals!! 100% recommended!!❤

I have been going to Kerry for 7 years. I have never been bored with any of the workouts. I always feel a sense of accomplishment after I workout with Kerry. She is an incredible trainer. This is the place for anyone who wants to get the most out of their time working out. Additionally, the environment is motivational, kind, and welcoming. The facility and equipment are always clean.

I just joined Kerry's crew this month along with my husband. We start our morning with an early workout that definitely set the tone for the rest of our day. We are feeling great and we also feel we are training safe. Kerry is always checking on us and adjusting the level of the workout to us. She is an amazing coach who keeps the motivation always high with all the positive vibes and messages. Highly recommended.

Kerry is a superwoman with an incredible capacity for motivating those around her. I love the energy she brings and the amazing fitness lovers she attracts. Her workout programs, boot camps and seasonal partner competitions will keep anyone coming back for more. My favorite aspect of the workouts are the warm ups.
