I had a wonderful time training at this gym. Coach Pecas showed me the ropes and pushed me to always achieve better results. I not only gained muscle, but knowledge and confidence. The gym is nice and clean and everyone I met there were awesome and very friendly. I am in my best shape ever thanks to my coach and I recommend this gym to anyone who either just wants to work out or want motivation, accountability and help getting to where they want!

I have no words to describe how much pecas workout has help my daughter and I. We have been working out with him for about 2 years seeing major results. I am a nurse practitioner with a busy schedule and he has been the only one able to accommodate and work around my busy lifestyle. My teenage daughter does not miss a workout day with him. Best of the best!

By far the best training coach I ever had. I have never felt so good about myself and how much I have been able to acomplish If it wasn't for Mauricio.If you are looking to be a better versión of yourself , pecas workout is definitely the place to go.

I have been training with Mauricio for almost a year now and it has been the best experience! Not only does he motivate you and train you but he helps you every step of them way. He has made it possible for me to gain my confidence back, I have lost 25 pounds and feel better than ever.
