The 4:15pm class is my JAM! Phenomenal coaching, motivating community and super clean. On top of the many different classes they offer they also have personal training and nutrition coaching as well. They also host in house competitions that are fun! I love this place! Come to Springs Fitness to see what I’m talking about, you can thank me later!

Springs Fitness is a fantastic gym with excellent coaches and great programming. If you’ve been afraid to try CrossFit or have had injuries in the past, don’t let the workouts intimidate you. The coaches meets members where they are athletically. I highly recommend Springs Fitness to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey or who is looking for a change from what’s not working.

SpringsFitness is not only a great place to get in a great workout but be among great people! Springs is full of knowledgeable coaches that taught me skills and Olympic lifts that has changed my appreciation of fitness overall. I enjoyed every class seeing my strength increase day by day. Just did a Zoom Class with Springs Fitness! Thank you, Coach Gina, for welcoming us into your class and giving us such a great workout! The warmup, strength training and workout were well organized, clearly explained and easy to follow even thought we were over 1000 miles apart. Next time I’m in FL, I’ll definitely drop by, but until then, I’ll be back for more virtual workouts! 💪🏼

"Oh the many things you will learn.....". This Box comes highly recommended. Having certified and knowledgeable Coaches with a shared passion is a plus. Huge shout out to the Coaches who willing go above and beyond with their time. Love the inviting community and support you get no matter your skill level. They also offer a variety of classes to fit all your needs. Come one and all and just take one class. You will not regret it.

I joined Spring Fitness about a year ago. I have not been disappointed. I’ve done it all: join a gym, have a personal trainer. And nothing compares to my new found fitness community. This is a judgement free and empowering community. Just when you think you’ve run out of steam, you are embraced by your teammates and coaches who give you that little nudge to the finish line. The coaches are simply amazing. Coach Gina is one of a kind. She will push you with a smile and before you know it you are completing a workout that you thought was impossible to finish. Come and try it. I highly recommend it! See you there!

Springs Fitness offers various classes to choose from, every workout can be adjusted to all levels of athleticism, and they offer classes all throughout the day to accommodate busy schedules. The coaches are engaging and encouraging inside and outside of the gym. It’s a wonderful community to be a part of and is always welcoming to new faces. Also, let’s not forget about the cooling eucalyptus towel you get at the end of each workout. 😊

Great facility with even better coaches & community. Brand new equipment! So many different classes to choose from to keep you motivated & moving. I've always had an interest in CrossFit but was a bit apprehensive due to the technical movements. However, once I joined Springs Fitness that all went out the window. The extremely knowledgeable coaches took time to ask me about my current fitness program and put me through "CrossFit 101" classes to go over the fundamentals. This gave me the confidence I needed as I am now doing complex barbell work along with gymnastics style movements and feel I am excelling quickly. Between the coaches, different class offerings, and their equipment, Springs Fitness has everything you need to become a better all-around athlete in a fun & welcoming environment.

SpringsFitness is a great gym with multiple styles of training for the beginner to the advanced . Crossfit seemed intimidating but the coaches demonstrate all the movements before and are there every step to make sure your doing the exercises correctly and can tailor to your needs , skill level, or ailment . From day one it felt like a family not only the coaches but the members also. I’m glad I took the free class and then ended up joining the gym. Its a nice environment and always get a good workout best part is it’s always changing and you basically have a trainer pushing you to your limits to progress.
