Tried my first class here on a Saturday and the coach was great. Good conditioning workout (hope your a fan of burpees lol) and Muay Thai drills. Very clean and organized gym. friendly & welcoming members. If you are looking to try out this gym look no further. Excited to come back again :)

Great place to train kickboxing and muay thai. My daughter has been going there for about one year and a half and we love it. The owner Freddy and the teachers are very caring, they really know every student and work with them the best way possible. We are family !!!!

Friendly place to train with an excellent instructor staff. Also have combination kickboxing/workout classes. Am 76 years old, so age should not be an excuse not to go for it. Great way to get in shape, learn self defense and become more confident in everything you do in life.
