From the first time I set foot into YOUniversal, I knew this was the studio for me. I was greeted with open arms and felt so comfortable. Yoga with Sam, Gia, Mike, Jordan, and Yvonne are all classes I highly recommend. All different styles…but all exceptional instructors of the art. The room is the perfect size, not over crowed and the temperature always fitting for the specific yoga style (hot flow is HOT, love that). I gauge the success of my yoga class by my feeling at the end of class. Let’s say my body and mind are always happy leaving YOUniversal! Don’t just take my word…try them out!

I can't say enough good things about this space, the teachers, the owner...it exudes love and light. I have been going there for about 4 year now, and it's still my happy place. It is always welcoming, always evolving, and I love the classes they offer. Instructors are great, just love it and highly recommend it!

I have had the most beautiful experiences at YOUniversal! Teacher training has been abundantly informative, enlightening, and overall fulfilling. The owner/lead teacher Samantha is an absolute joy and has gone above and beyond to walk us (trainees) through any and every question we've had every step of the way. Not interested in teacher training? No problem 😉 there is something for EVERYONE and all of the teachers and students are friendly, kind, and so much fun. There truly are no strangers at YOUniversal. Everybody is family!!

By far my favorite studio around.. so homey and not intimidating like a lot of hot yoga studios are. Sam, the owner, is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely recommend trying this studio out for any level!

Truly authentic, kind, loving, accepting owners, teachers and students!!! You can be yourself regardless if you need to modify, rest or turn it up and challenge yourself with poses and transitions! So grateful!!!

I had the pleasure of taking their 200HR YTT this past February and it was a dream come true. Sam & Carissa make a great team and they make you feel so at home, safe, loved and VALUED. They are so thorough with explaining every single posture, the history of yoga and the anatomy of yoga. You will feel SO ready to teach once you receive your certification. This was the best money spent! Thank you Sam & Carissa for making this so special! <3

Youniversal Yoga provided a safe, loving environment for me to learn and grow as I did yoga teacher training. Rather than simply watching, my peers and I were asked to teach the asanas to each other, giving us all an opportunity to experience teaching, gain confidence and prepare for the final. Instructors Samantha and Carissa are authentic, knowledgeable, supportive, and devoted people with whom I will share a lifelong bond. Having recently graduated, I know I chose the right school - I am confident, knowledgeable, strong and well prepared to share the joy of yoga with others.

This studio is AMAZING! The front room is beautiful and kept clean , and the back room is so spacious and open with the high ceiling! They have heaters for hot yoga classes. I highly recommend this studio. The owner and instructors are extremely warm and welcoming !! As a beginner I was super comfortable and felt like everything was explained if needed. 10/10 would recommend

The Yoga studio was very clean and had a relaxed zen like atmosphere. Janine was our instructor this was our first ever yoga class, she was amazing! There was no judging and she was very patient if we did the position wrong. Looking forward to our next class! It was a great workout for the mind and body!

So grateful to have completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Sam and Carissa at YOUniversal Yoga. Two beautiful souls that were able to create a supportive environment in which it was fun to learn. Due to their extensive training I absolutely feel I have greatly deepened my understanding of yoga and refined my own practice. I am confident I could now safely a lead a class. But much more than that- their training gave me many tools-life skills to use off the mat to improve the quality of my life and help others. The studio is a welcoming, intimate space with good vibes literally bouncing off the walls. Thank you Sam and Carissa for a truly life changing experience-you are amazing teachers!
