Clean, nice staff, except for the manager who's during day time, he can be a bit too strict and unpleasant. Other than that, the gym is great

Clean. Just hate that they reduced the variety of cardio machines . They removed the Arc Trainer which was my favorite .

I hate gyms like this because they make it impossible for you to cancel. You can’t cancel by phone or by email. And when you send them a letter requesting to cancel they act like they never got it. They will continue to rob you blind i hate planet fitness, whole heartedly.

They recently brought in new cardio machines. The new ones are nice but I miss the old ones. The new stationary bikes seem to be less accurate then the old ones. If you slow down your pedaling the average MPH somehow still goes up? Also the Heart Rate sensor seems off. If I pedal at a steep incline for 20 minutes my HR never goes over 110??? Never seen that on any stationary bike. Besides that the gym is nice except for the homeless that hangout outside

The massage beds for the black card members constantly out of service. The tanning beds are filthy, or out of service. . Tanning lotion all over walls, dead roach on floor past two days, trash overflow. Door doesn’t lock on tanning room 3 for over a month . Have complained to staff…they act concerned, however nothing changes. They used to have a table and chair In room to set your belongings on and chair to put shoes on. They have been missing for months. The worker told me they were supposed to be getting new ones but still none. My husband refuses to go back due to poor conditions. Tired of paying for black memberships when all equipment constantly broken. Even a staff member says the manager doesn’t call for repairs right away once things break.

Definitely great for beginners. Was able to have to all equipment. I really loved that it was opened for 24 hours.
