STAY AWAY FROM COACH HONDA FAHMY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!!!!I suffered a personal injury due to a trainer’s negligence. Coach HONDA ignored my complaints of discomfort which caused me to get a shoulder injury. He instructed me to do 100 pull ups non-stop even though I told him i am not physically capable of performing that many reps. He said we wouldn't move on until I finished 100 reps. At about 50 I couldn't do anymore and told him I wanted to stop, instead he ignores me and pulls out a resistance band and told me to finish. At around 70 I physically couldn't do anymore and I told him I was done and I didn't want to continue,he ignores me again and tells me we need to finish. I tried to do another pull up but I couldn't, so instead of telling me to stop he tells makes me continue and helps me push my weight up until I finished the 100 reps. I have been injured for about 2 months and I am about to start physical therapy,by the length of my discomfort and pain my health care provider says it could be a partial tear in my rotator cuff. STAY AWAY FROM COACH HONDA FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!!!! Will be looking into taking legal action !!!
