Complete waste of time! They CON you into thinking you’re doing a three day pass and conveniently have you give all your information and tell you, “this is just in case you decide to sign up, if you do NOT then they’ll simply shred your paperwork” then when you don’t you get charged anyway double what you would’ve paid. Not to mention the promise of reimbursement and nothing ever gets done. It’s a sorry way to run your business and it’s no wonder they can’t keep clients. I tried to get a weekly membership there cause my parents live here. Had 2 text messages and the radio silence. So I tried to call the gym….went right to voice message. I went somewhere else. Bad customer service experience and I haven’t even step foot in the gym. So sad I was excited to come to this gym.

I tried to get someone to answer the phone or respond to the text so I can have a week membership while I’m here in town, no one answered. I sat out side for 30 min trying to figure out where the stupid front door was.Great customer service right?

I joined this gym last year and was very satisfied. I typically go at around 4am prior to going to work. In February I had my membership frozen due to financial issues. I was continuously charged $25.00 a week. I had been promised by one of the trainers that my money would be credited back to my account. $150.00 later I have yet to get my money . It's been a week and still no response from management for my refund. I have text and got no response. My next step is to file in small claims court. It is ridiculous that a company refuses to contact me and try to work this out. Easy to take your money but unwilling to face fact that they were wrong. See you in court.

Visiting from KC and the wife and I needed a place to workout. Great gym atmosphere. Everything we needed to get our lift in for the day as well as a friendly staff. 🤙 …

The vibe at this gym is top notch. They have equipment in house for everyone whether your bodybuilder, power lifter, cross-fitter, or anywhere in between! They are undergoing renovations for the new 10k square foot space so please be patient! Excellent gym!

My experience with this gym was terrible. Imagine buying a whole year of membership for two, and then feeling so unsafe, you buy two new memberships at another gym just to workout. I'd never recommend this gym to anyone unless you'd like homeless people watching you thru a window, no lighted safe parking and the "staff" living there as they continue to renovate their new location. I'm sure there are some positives, but during my time with this gym, there were none.

Aaron was my coach at the time, about two years ago.Came in a size 10, three months later a size 4.Lost inches so quickly in a healthy way!He was always professional, worked with me on my schedule, and educated me on things I didn't understand.Every time I would go without the training it was always kept clean and never had any issues with anyone else as in people being loud or uncalled for.

The staff is friendly, personable, and helpful. A very nice guy. The gym is kept clean & the equipment working. The gym has everything you need & much more. I love the training/crossfit area being separate from the main gym. And the classes they provide are great! The location of the gym itself is wonderful, easily accessible & 24 hours a day. Can't beat that!
