So thiers a guy named Eli at tha front desk in tha mornings and u know how a waiter remembers your order and just makes u feel like u belong thier ,that's what this guy does ,real personable dude ,just one of tha many reasons I plan on staying loyal to crunch

Not seeing my other review…. This place is ok. The issue is management and definitely going to be a hassle for you to cancel if you already moved. The majority of these good reviews are clearly fake, somehow these people live all over but have a membership to this specific gym… get real. They’re paying for the good to pad the bad. So if you forget to cancel before you move, they’ll want you to write a letter like it’s 1945 or drive down. Then they’ll remind you that they’re still going to charge you since they try to squeeze one last month out of you with a 30 day notice. Then they’ll act like they’re doing you a favor by not charging the annual fee when you’re trying to cancel. The customer service is a joke and they need to work on customer interaction.

The facility is great. Dez at the front desk has always had his customers Best interest always had a smile on his face always greeting every single person who walks through the door with great energy and a smile. He is the biggest reasons I returned to this gym. Businesses have to make sure to protect employees like him because his motivation, is key to other people’s health.Thanks DEZ and Thank you Crunch
