Gym is convenient to where I live. But the staff is never up front at the desk. And they never answer the phones.Whats the point of having employees there if they are always in the back and can't be seen or talk to. it was early am and their bike rack was not secured to pavement. staff allowed my bike to be stored inside during my workout for safety reasons. thank you!!!!

Very CleanArron & Alora where on duty while I was there & were awesome.Not once did I see them behind the counter,(unless attending to customer) they were sanitizing, cleaning and with great customer service.

Club ok, I am trying to cancel subscription due to moving 8hours away, company won't accept my email or a phone call, and although I can use any planet fitness in US, I can't cancel apart from where I signed up, so now I have to have 2 days off work to travel 8 hours each way to cancel. I would not recommend planet fitness.

Arron and Alora had this place clean and in top shape. We come at 3 am to work out and have never seen employees like them work so hard to maintain its cleanliness. They were literally on their hands and knees cleaning the place. Raise time for sure.

Staff has an amiable disposition, facility is always clean and people seem respectful about following gym guidelines. More free weights wouldn't hurt but not a deal breaker as is. Environment is always welcoming and I've seen staff constantly cleaning equipment. Love this location.
