Seller lists things online that aren’t actually available and then waits days to text you back and let you know.

I am shocked by these poor reviews because I had the exact opposite experience. I ordered a Cybex Arc Trainer that I have had for over a year. It was shipped to me in Maryland. I lucked out and had the delivery driver move the pallet with arc trainer on it intact into my garage. The equipment was practically brand new and I got an amazing deal for it. The company even emailed me the manual.

Don't order from this place - It is a scam website. I ordered an expensive machine and they immediately cancelled the order with absolutely no explanation and did not refund my money. I will have to get it back from the credit card company or PayPal. I should have read the reviews it appears others have had similar problems. There should be penalties for these sorts of scams that require people to pay back more than what they took.Edit:As soon as I posted this review the seller refunded my money - not one second prior. I can here to amend the review to indicate that I did receive the refund. If the posted response was reasonable I was going to add stars as well. However the seller lied about refunding prior to the posted review and lied about including an explanation for the cancellation. I am disappointed that this review was not met with honestly and and apology. For that reason I cannot in good faith amend the rating. I will tell others that if you do not get a refund after a few days, you should leave a negative review and you will get your money back asap. Based on the timeline of how this played out, I do not believe that I would have received a refund without involving the credit card company if I did not post the review. There is absolutely no good reason for such a delay. No reputable business would ever do that.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are criminally dishonest, and unsuccessfully attempted to scam me out of over $2000.Last year, I called the store interested in a cable crosstrainer, and talked to the owner about having it shipped to my home in Westcester, NY. He told me that the machine would be installed and fully assembled. When the driver came, however, he was from a different shipping company, and said that it was to be a simple curbside delivery. The several hundred pound machine was in a state of disassembly and packed in a shipping crate on a palate. The first thing I did was call Big Fitness and talk to the owner, but he was dismissive of me and basically said that I was stuck with the machine and would have to find installers to bring it in. I told him that I intended to rejecct the delivery, since I hadn't signed anything, and then he became extremely irate. He threatened that even if i rejected the delivery, and sent the machine back, i was still going to pay. His exact words, which he shouted, were "you're gonna pay for that machine one way or the other, I PROMISE YOU!"I rejected delivery and called Amex right away. But what's interesting, and really disgusting, is that Big Fitness sent a trumped up shipping document to Amex as alleged proof that I was making this entire story up. This flimsy lie was easily sorted out as I provided ample true evidence of what really happened to the people at Amex.My next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I advise avoiding this shady, criminally dishonest operation at all costs. They should be ashamed of their attempts to take advantage of customers with false promises and bald-faced lies. This company deserves to be out of business.

Contacted Chris at Big Fitness for a specific treadmill. When I arrived at the store, the treadmill was prepped and ready for me. I actually ended up buying a rower instead but Chris was professional and accommodating. Big Fitness is definitely a good place to buy fitness equipment

Ordered a used Cybex arc trainer. Pros: Item was exactly what I ordered, in perfect working condition so far. It was described as mint and I received a nearly pristine machine with only 72 miles on it at a great price. Cons: The machine was shipped on a pallet that broke during transport, which gave the delivery driver fits. He left 400+ lbs of arc trainer in the street in front of my house, not in the driveway, necessitating emergency acquisition of men to move it. Overall, I got better than what I paid for, but would advise the business to review the shipping company and maybe upgrade.

This place came recommended by a doctor I work with. I buy a commercial treadmill for my home maybe 6 months ago max. It began making noises recently so I attempted calling to get an answer for the noise. No one called back or responded. I drove to the facility and was told the belts last a good 10 years that it's probably just in need of WD-40 Silicone. He gave me the number to the repair guy he uses all the time. I was told parts and labor is covered but not wear and tear. I called the gentleman to my house whom came sameday! He was phenomenal. He told me it WAS the belt. I called the company back and said clearly the belt didn't last 10 years. I just bought this machine and used it maybe 5 times it isn't from wear and tear. I was sold a treadmill that had a broken down belt. He refused saying it wasn't covered. I will NEVER go here again for other equipment. I will make sure no one goes here again. What a rip off.Edit: To his comments below. I work in a hospital. I used that machine not even 6 times. Regardless of what was miscommunicated, even IF he claims belts last 2-3 years it doesn't negate the fact that I purchased it 7 months ago. 🤷♀️

Ordered 5 treadmills. When they got here one was damaged most likely during shipping. He sent the part to fix it right away. Treadmills also more than satisfactory.

Terrible customer service. They are not helpful at all. They seem as if they have way better things to do. Just a poor business.
