If your looking for a great place to either work on yourself or do kickboxing EVO is the place to go! I am so glad I chose them to start my fitness journey. Everyone here treats you like family and is always willing to help you with anything! Everyone is always so nice and always so welcoming! ☺️

I was skeptical but I truly believe the hype. I've never felt so welcomed and accountable at a gym ... make me wanna push to go more to just be in the atmosphere. This gym brings a new energy out of me and there family element is pure and genuine... they want you to reach your goals or even make goals .... and that an amazing feeling 😁 …

This gym, has become sooo much more than just a gym...it is my family's home away from home, and it's occupants became our adopted family. Evolutionary Sports is so much more than a gym, and it's owners Donna and Richard Cole are amazing coaches and really just some of the best people you could hope to know. I am so grateful and beyond blessed to have found my second home at Evolutionary Sports.

I love it here at Evolutionary Sports! They are all so friendly and very involved with your goals and helping you reach them. It is like a second family that helps push me into doing better. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone regardless if you are just starting out or already an experienced fitness person. The classes are always informative with laughs along the way.

What keeps us going back to a gym? Is it the workouts? The facility? The best price? For me it's the heart and soul of the community. This place is literally saving my life, I entered the fight to lose program about 6 weeks ago and its the best decision I've ever made. I've lost almost 25 lbs now and I'm being shown how to live a healthy balanced life.As a high anxiety person I was worried about feeling comfortable but on the first day I found out that was no concern, every member of staff and members of the gym have been kind and helpful! Amazing place to start a healthy lifestyle and feel good about yourself and the changes you can achieve.Trainers at the gym are amazing and they make you feel at home. Each one has a particular story that can motivate you to focus on achieving your goals.I will never regret attending the counseling meeting. 30 pounds less in 3 months and I feel stronger than ever
