Wonderful exercise studio. Lots of zumba and other classes. The Owner is so sweet! As are all the instructors. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are very friendly. No matter what your dancing abilities are, you wont feel out of place. Trust me I know!!

Mind & Body Studios has been my home away from home for 3 years! I love all the classes, people & atmosphere. The owner Mary is wonderful. She makes everyone feel welcome from the second they step into the studio - they are instantly part of the family. If you are in the area, come stop by for a Zumba class! They are out of this world!

The very first day I walked in, I knew I found the perfect fit for me. Everyone is sweet, friendly and makes you feel like family. Mary is such a positive, energetic force to help everyone with their goals. All ages, sizes, abilities are all welcomed with smiles and love. In addition, Mary holds charity events to help the community. The Annual Prom Dress Giveaway is excellent!!! Many young ladies from across the area find the perfect dress due to the generosity of Mind and Body Studios and its supporters. The various instructors are as equally supportive and fantastic!!! Stop by and "Shake Your Booty" to Zumba 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤ You will be back for more!!!!!

From the moment you enter the studio you feel welcome and at home. The instructors and students are all very friendly and they feel like a family, that energy keeps me coming back for more and that's why I became a zumba instructor, to add to that energy and help others feel it too. There's a class and an instructor for everyone's fitness style.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome and accepted!The owner's, Mary Bradshaw ,huge smile and warm greeting draws you in immediately.With a staff of ten and many types of classes offered ,you never get bored.Zumba,Zumba toning ,boot camp ,yoga,sweating to the music,along with many amazing pop up classes.modern African dance ,pound ,and a variety of meditation

Mind and Body is FANTASTIC!!! You laugh, have fun and sweat. It does not matter your age or ability. Everyone treats you like family. I have found my happy place. They offer many different classes. My favorite is Sweatin to the music, a fun fitness class. Love this studio, it has changed my life.
