Very dirty, people with no knowledge on how to use equipment, slamming of weights and still nobody to assist or correct them.Not safe

Total dump the facility needs to be cleaned equipment needs to be upgraded and the employee's attitude needs to be upgraded the place should be closed

Great inexpensive neighborhood gym. I have been a member for quite a few years. WOW Warwick has the BEST staff who are both hard working and friendly.

Terrible experience with the customer service. I’ve just called to speak to the manager about the bill from the collector from WOW, that was sent there without even sending a bill or any proper notification. I haven’t been at this gym for about a year I guess. The card that was on file was stolen a while ago and they never called me to ask what’s going on with the payment, they didn’t leave any voicemail or anything, they just sent it to the collector with the fees, so my total was $112 or smth like this.I called first time, and the guy told me that the waive the fee, so my bill should be $60+ !So it’s so easy to change the sum. He told me that the manager will call me back in few mins cuz she is on the phone.2,5 hours later- nothing.I called again and this was my worst customer experience ever!!The lady, who told me she is an assistant manager,her name is Freda as far as I understood, sounded extremely rude from the very beginning. I asked to speak to the manager, but she started asking me how she can help me and didn’t connect me. She told me that she thought she left me a voicemail, after my problem explanation. I told her that she didn’t and I called 2,5 hours ago.She started going and going, being extremely loud and sounded even aggressive, interrupted and didn’t let me even to say a word.When I asked her if I can finish my speech, she didn’t even stop for a sec and kept saying whatever she was saying.Honestly, I’ve never been treated this way and I’ve never seen the management speaking like this with the customer.Finally I asked her to connect me with the manager due to impossibility to say a word, and she said she is the only one there and tomorrow she will be the one On duty too.I’m shocked and I’ll never ever go to WOW because customers can’t be treated like this.I guess the manager and manager assistant should be respectful and be able to assist, but definitely not to have a monologue and almost yell on the customer.I really hope that I’ll figure out the situation with the collector, but I wish WOW to work better on hiring stuff i guess.Best regards.
