It's the perfect gym for workouts. It's never too packed to where you have to wait for equipment. The staff is great and friendly. It's a community getting built. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to see results. I saw results working with the trainers at this gym.

Excellent personal trainers for anyone at any level, whether you are a beginner or an athlete! They know how to push you beyond your limits and yet still make it an enjoyable experience. They are very detail oriented and train you to use proper form so that you don’t injure yourself when lifting weights. Additionally teach you breathing techniques — I was doing this completely wrong before! Not only have they helped me gain muscle mass, but they also helped me with my diet for a healthier lifestyle in general. Thanks so much Alphastetics!

one of my best decisions was joining alphastetics , and I haven’t looked back! I never committed to any workout routines, but working out with the alphastetics team made it so much easier and motivating. First I want to start out by thanking Angel and the crew at alphastetics, thank y’all for helping me change my life around. I started my journey in may of 2022 at 320lbs, yes I was heavy… but with Angels help I can proudly say I’m at 217lbs now.. the journey is not over though… Angel believed in me and kept pushing me every day to achieve this goal… I highly recommend alphastetic competitors. I’ve worked with three different personal trainers and this by far the best trainers I’ve worked with. I’ve achieved more in my first two months with this program than a year with my previous two trainers.They’re also a huge bang for your buck. Not only do you get an amazing program but as far as the price for personal trainers in Dallas go, they are very fair price wise. I cannot recommend these trainers enough!

I started working out at this gym 10 weeks ago and I can honestly say it has been the best experience of my life. My cardio is better than ever and I’m toning up like crazy. Angel and Jorge are the hardest trainers. Jorge has really encouraged me and pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of but at 59 years of age I’m doing it! If you want a great workout plan, go see these guys - they don’t play!

These past 3 months have been life changing thanks to Jorge! He really puts his heart and soul into helping you achieve your goal. For me I found it very difficult to gain weight but Jorge guided and mentored me and was there every step of the way and also helped me to stay consistent which was a big struggle for me.
