Loved it. The class was just what I was looking for. A full body workout packed into 45 minutes. The energy from the instructor, the music, and the facility are fantastic. I am looking forward to the next class!

I have been going to BURN Dallas on Wednesdays consistently for about 3-4 months now so I could get a strength workout in my rotation. David is very friendly, funny, and motivating. Every workout is well thought out and you get a mix of core, cardio, weights (I am always sore for the next few days!). BURN Dallas is very welcoming and classes can be modified for any skill level. I love that there is never the same workout twice and there's different equipment used too (TRX, kettlebells, bike, treadmill, rower, free weights, etc.). Overall I am feeling stronger since I started incorporating BURN into my fitness routine.

Coach Dave is amazing and one of a kind! I appreciate his enthusiasm, energy, and support at every single class. He provides well thought out workouts that are always different. I leave feeling amazing afterwards! It's like having a personal trainer at a lower cost.

Love going here. Workouts are varied and are fun! Never the same workout twice! You also hit all those small muscle groups easily forgotten in traditional weightlifting.

The session was well planned. Hitting all the major muscle groups and challenging each in a different ways. The instructor, Asantra, was a great communicator and did a great job at breaking down each exercise as well as setting the pace. I would attend one of her sessions again in the near future.

Love the instructors, the price point and the value. Feel far more sore today after two days than I did in my prior gym workout class. Will be back a few times a week!

Burn is the best!!! It's such a tough, fun, energetic, challenging workout and Dave and Asantra are AMAZING instructors. They encourage and motivate you to do your best in a fun and positive way. If you want to get stronger and leaner, this is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough!

Burn is the best!! My nutritionist recommended it to me because I was looking for a gym that could give me both aerobic and resistance training, while at the same time providing knowledgeable trainers who could help and guide me as I recover from a knee injury. Burn has an excellent and challenging format, fast paced, something different every time. The instructors, David and Asantra are awesome! They are super knowledgeable, motivating and enthusiastic. In only two and a half weeks, I have made so much progress and my knee is getting better and better with the modifications they have given me. My aerobic stamina is getting better every time and I’m able to slowly increase my weights as well as I learn good form. I can’t say enough good things about Burn! So happy I found it.

BURN has been an awesome center to keep in rotation for me! The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and the workouts are awesome. I burn (pun intended) more calories in these workouts than anything I've ever done previously.Every workout is different so you never know what to expect. It's a great mixture of cardio and weights- hitting every muscle group in a 45-60 minute workout.There's modifications for everything, so it's beginner friendly and the staff is very helpful in making sure you still get a solid workout in with those changes.
