Cool gym. Everyone at front desk was really nice during my tour and sign-up. Great equipment and the gym is not as overwhelming as others in the area. I am excited to get started!

First, I really did not appreciate being strong-armed into providing a Google review immediately upon signing up. I attempted to decline but they pushed the QR code back in front of me like a used car dealer. Not a good look. I tried to let it slide because I liked the location, cleanliness, and nice equipment but the music they play drove me away during the trial period. Worship Pop e-v-e-r-y single song. And the extremely high volume, louder than any other gym I've ever visited, makes it impossible to ignore. I take good care of my hearing and shouldn't have to push my earbuds to 100% to enjoy my own music while working out. There is a really nice Planet Fitness down the road.

Amazing facility, tanning beds, recovery area.A man named BJ assisted getting us signed up, and gave us a tour and explained the not-so-fun paperwork with a smile on his face the whole time. He also said it was his first day, y’all really hired a fantastic dude to be the face of Colaw, he earned y’all two new members!

Jarod greeted me as I walked in and gave me a quick tour of the neat and nice facility. a/c works properly, guests seem nice and equipment look clean and a big variety of equipment as well. Jarod went through all the information thoroughly with me and was clear about it all. Would definitely recommend to come this place

Came in for a day pass with my husband . We both really enjoyed the gym today . Jarod did an amazing job at showing us around! The gym is very clean & the equipment was truly great my favorite was the hydromassage bed, I have never experienced anything like it ! Recommend it to all :)
