Terrible customer service. Just got off the phone with a male that was extremely rude. Asked if they have a vending machine or something I can get a drink from and he said “no” and he said “all we have is supplements” and then I asked “like what?” He hung up…. I called back immediately and he answered and hung up again. he did this repedatly after me calling 3 times, I was interested in getting a membership and seeing what the cross fit community had to offer but I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. My first and last experience with someone from this gym was Extremely unprofessional. It’s almost as if they forget that the customers pay their bills and keep their doors open. 0/5.

I visited several gyms after moving, and this one won lol. They have great coaches, lots of class times with good turn out, beautiful shower area. Very organized gym

Extremely clean, great equipment and amazing staff.I was said to see my last gym close but D-Town could not be a better place to go. Everyone is friendly and all levels are accepted. The programming is top notch and it is one of the few gyms I’ve gone to where I don’t ever want to take a rest day just so I can see my friends.

This is an inclusive gym that will make anybody feel welcome.People of all fitness levels and backgrounds will find a place here. There are classes for beginners and the coaches do a great job at modifying and providing scaling options for those that need. This place is honestly one of the spaces that makes Dallas feel like home!

The workout Alex has set up for me and the other six students challenged me to push beyond my normal boundaries. The tenacity that came from each encouraging word, along with the great tunes, has to be unmatched. I mean deadlifting along to …

I dropped into D-Town CrossFit at around 4:45pm. This was last minute as I was on a road trip and just looking to get a workout in; potentially an Open workout. Coaches Brady and Madison were extremely hospitable and personable. I took class in which Madison provided great coaching, then her and Brady allowed me to have a corner to myself to complete the Open workout. I felt right at home. The other members were very welcoming, too. The space was incredible and so much of it. The best part was the bathrooms. These were the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen. Not only at a gym, but literally like ever in any place ever. This gym makes me want to move to Dallas. Keep crushing it D-Town!
