I started flying trapeze a few years ago after seeing it on Groupon. I fell in love with not just trapeze but the friendly and supportive staff and community at Dallas Circus Center. I encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone and come fly!

I've been coming to Dallas Circus Center for about a month now, and my classes here are the highlight of my week. I've been taking classes with Tay, and she is an extraordinary teacher and cares about each and every student she has. The facilities are awesome, and the staff is super friendly, supportive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My experiences here never cease to amaze me, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dallas Circus Center to any and everyone.

This was SO much fun!! My family came for my mom's birthday and all of us had such a great time. Great staff, great atmosphere, and a killer workout! Can't wait to come back

They were unwilling to reschedule a flying trapeze class. This was meant to be a birthday present and sadly an unexpected emergency made it impossible to make it in. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to mean much to Dallas Circus Center. A loyal customer and referrals to friends/family wasn't a value to the employees or manager.We were looking forward for many classes with them, but we can definitely live without it if that means being valued as a customer else where.**Update Response to owner."We also offered you a promotional credit if you signed up for another class so you didn't lose the money you had already paid (since you claimed that you intended to buy more classes anyway), but you declined our offer."The offered "Credit" was never offered. I was told that nothing could be done, I, the customer, had suggested we purchase multiple classes, so you would be insured payment for 2-5 more classes. The manager said there's nothing that could be done, because the 2nd class is "free to everyone" but since I couldn't make it, I would be charged for the free class as well. So this is not an offered credit, I'm not sure how that could be considered a credit.Now knowing there was a "promotional credit" that he could have help me with yet didn't makes this all the worse.
