Coach Nick the trainer is very knowledgeable about boxing and teaches the fundamentals of defense and offense. I have done a bit of boxing training before but the skills were not taught to me like this gym. Coach teaches real skills used by pro and amateur fighters. Good stuff!

My two boys, ages 8 and 10 years old, have been taking boxing lessons from Nick for a month. They've learned so much from him, and he makes sure that they're engaged and staying on track with lots of fun rhymes during work with mitts, the double end bag, the heavy bag, the speed bag, etc. Nick knows how to use everything and makes it fun for kids. His attention to detail shines when he works with my 8 year old grabbing a pylobox to make sure my son can see his feet and hit the bags at the right height. It's fabulous to see your children slowly master new skills with expert guidance.

Hands down one of the best boxing training experiences of my life. I want to start by expressing my gratitude for Coach Nick, its really amazing to have a trainer/coach like Nick training you. His attention to detail is second to none, he is so passionate about what he does and goes the extra mile to focus on each one of his students. I've been attending his classes for just under 90 days and i feel like my boxing skills have improved immensely.I have tried other boxing gyms in the Dallas area (MMA Moehler & Maple Boxing) both good alternatives but if you want the real deal, and be pushed and motivated by someone who cares, then I highly reccommend you look at attending one of Coach Nick's classes. He gives any newcomer a FREE trial and I can promise you that you wont regret it.
