I’ve edited by review for good reason. I’ve been a patron of evolve for about 5 years. Incredible workouts absolutely, but my last visit will be my last for good reason.I am a more petite and lean woman, because o prefer that as my body shape. I had not been in an evolve class for about 6 weeks because I was in Vietnam for 3 weeks, and getting back to my normal routine and jet lag after all the travel. So I had lost a couple pounds of muscle mass for obvious reasons. II tattoo for a living, so I’m very mindful of the moves I do to protect my hands and wrists, so I often modify some moves to my liking, and the trainers know this. The owner came up to me in the middle of a set and commented of my body saying “ you look really small” like not as a compliment, like it was a bad thing. One; I don’t think it’s appropriate for any man to comment on a woman’s physique, it’s offensive. And just because I prefer to not look like a buff woman, doesn’t mean I should have my body commented on because I have a more lean Pilates body.It was quite offensive and something that had been heavy on my mind since. Not bc I care what he thinks, couldn’t care less really. I’m upset because it’s just out of line for many reasons. No self awareness what so ever.I’ve referred this gym to many friends and clients over the years and have spent loads of money attending the classes that I loved so much.If you’re not in the cool kids: Evolve hydrox athlete group, it’s hard to not feel like an outsider there if I’m being honest.Shareef, my advice to you is to think about what you say before you say it especially when speaking about someone’s body, positive or negative. Sad to say that will be my last class and I will not be returning. I’ll take my money elsewhere to a gym where all bodies are celebrated.

Hands down the BEST group workout class I've ever attended! Andy is an amazing coach who really has a way of working the entire gym ensuring that everyone receives a bit of one-on-one coaching. The various workout stations offer the perfect amount of variety. The owner had managed to curate something truly special. I am excited to make this my new gym home! WARNING: This class is tough in the best way possible, but everything can be modified to help you meet your personalized fitness goals.

I'm a frequent traveler, and often I buy a day pass because the hotel gyms typically don't have the equipment. I tried sending evolve an email at the address in their webpage, and the email bounced back, then I submitted a question using their online form and still (1 week later) have yet to receive a reply. So we walked their one morning to see what a day pass cost. It's $25 per person, and there were two of us. They said they have a class, but we could use any equipment open. So we looked in the gym and saw a few pieces of equipment we could use.10 minutes later we were asked to stop using the equipment, because it would be used later. And even equipment that was being used, the members in the class placed their water bottles on them so we could not use them. I asked the staff and after paying they said we could not use it and "well, sorry".So we were there about 40 minutes, spent $50, and could use 2-3 pieces of equipment. It may be a great experience for routine users, but got daily users the customer service was horrible and would look elsewhere .

I recently started going to Evolve, and I am OBSESSED! I've taken class from several trainers - Sharif (owner), Jack and Carly, and they are all awesome!! The vibe there is super motivating, and this is probably the most challenging yet enjoyable workout I've done in Dallas ... and trust me, I have tried it ALL.This is a workout that makes you feel like a true athlete, and you'll never leave class regretting you came!

I’ve been an official member of Evolve for a little over two months now. For a long time I was just doing ClassPass, but it became increasingly evident that Evolve was basically the only gym I was going to, outside of my normal runs and …

I decided to take my fitness more serious a little over 2 years ago and was referred to Evolve by a friend, and I’m glad I took his advice as Evolve has made working out enjoyable again. Every class is something new and introduces new lifts and workouts that you are able to do on your own. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or get stronger, the staff helps adjust the program so you can achieve your goals. If you’re on the fence about joining, take advantage of your first class free and I promise you will get one of the best workouts in Dallas!

My experience at Evolve has been nothing short of amazing, and I recommend this gym to all. Evolve is so much more than a gym. It’s a community of coaches, athletes, and friends with a common goal: to get better together. If you’re interested in a challenge, check them out. I’m confident they can help anyone reach their fitness goals.COVID-19 Related: The staff takes every precaution to keep the athletes safe. Mask policy, social-distanced workouts, and the strict sanitation of equipment all apply.
