Very pleased with this gym. Specially if your coming from a gym like PF. Free weight galore which was exactly what I was looking for. Very useful machines as well to target specific muscle groups. Friendly people, knowledgeable owners overall great gym for the price. 2 thumbs up!

I have only been going here for a few months. It's a nice, family owned gym. They may not have everything, but I honestly don't know what they don't have to complain. It's certainly plenty of equipment, weights, and machines for those who are members. They are also constantly trying to find new equipment to make the place the best it can be.My wife has been taking the classes and is pleased with the training and care taken with her.

Great gym for the price! 6 squat racks, plenty of good weight and cable machines. Not a huge amount of cardio equipment but plenty for the crowded days. Didn't see any photos so I thought I'd add a few!
