I really love coming here but there is literally no grace period whatsoever. I’ve been 2 minutes late before and the door was already locked shut. And you don’t get a refund or an option to just take another class. You have to pay for a whole other class. I totally understand being more than 5 minutes late but locking the doors exactly at the time of the class and not giving the money back or option to do a different class seems a bit harsh, especially on weekends when parking can be a little tricky. They also don’t make it clear on any booking page or instagram that you can’t be even a minute late.

I have been coming here for a year now and love it soooo much!! Everyone here is so welcoming, ALL the instructors are AMAZING, and this place is so adorable. My favorite class is the Pilates Sculpt with Ashlyn ⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚💌🕯️💗 …

The Pilates strength was such a good workout. 45 minutes isn’t too much or too little. It isn’t enough to replace strength training consistently but it’s good to mix in! I’ll definitely be back.

I love Jungle and their instructors are awesome, it’s a great place for those looking to start pilates. The issue I had is that I booked through ClassPass a Saturday morning pilates class, I arrived right on time but the doors were already closed and locked. Fine, I missed it, although I think a 5 minute grace period should be okay. But when I checked my account I saw I was charged $20, when on Classpass it shows a no show fee of $12. In addition, I was not returned my Classpass credits. Other classes, when I did not show, they charged me the no show fee but returned my credits. It seems to be a new protocol but I would appreciate it if their prices could be reflected on classpass correctly and if they could return the credits that were used to book the class. Anyways, just beware! Make sure you get there way before the class actually begins.

Was driving through crazy storm from SMU and was 5 min late - the instructor saw me and completely ignored, didn’t open the door. I was standing in a heavy rain - this is ridiculous. I used to come here for meditation. Don’t think I will come back. I get the policies and all but you should at least somewhat be understanding when it’s storming. I was driving there for 30 min.

Super grateful I discovered jungle! This place seriously changed my life. Beginner friendly. All you have to do is show up with an open mind and focus. Every one is so nice and welcoming. I even made some new workout friends here. I love all the classes they offer. My favorite ones are the strength and sculpt and the mind and mediation classes. I’ll be back to try the other classes as well!! I always refer people here like I’m their brand ambassador like forreal🤣🤣🥰🥰

Love this studio. Trainers are knowledgeable, approachable and motivating. The space is tranquil yet trendy. Monthly membership is reasonably priced and I love that you get a variety of workouts (pilates, strength, yoga, meditation). Try a class with Ashley, guarantee that you will be hooked!

Always love coming to Jungle! Whether it’s to wind up or down they always have a great variety of classes with top notch instructors! I love how knowledgeable their instructors are and you can tell they care. They do the movements with you and are there if you need help or an adjustment. The classes are super effective and not at all intimidating. The vibe there is also immaculate!! Definitely recommend. Plus free parking in the lot across from the studio which is perfect!

An ascetically-designed studio in Bishop Arts. I’ve done several 6:30 AM classes with my brother Michael and had Shawn as our instructor — he’s awesome. He knows how to encourage you and get you energized to start your day. I’ve also done a yoga class with Florence, and also really enjoyed that!
