Life Time in Dallas offers a premium gym experience with a wide range of equipment and services. The facility includes a pool, sauna, steam room, and clean locker rooms. I didn’t want to do this review, I’ve been a Lifetime client since 2017 and its been in a unstoppable deterioration of the service, to the point of considering it a health and hygiene problem, the only reason why I am still a member of this gym, it was a clean and decent place to take a bath after training, but this is already disgusting, I want the attention of the corporation to take action in this regard.

If your ideal gym experience is the equivalent of working out swamp adjacent then this place is for you. Extremely poor air circulation, you’ll be sweating before you even get to your first set. It’s 90+ outside and I feel a cool breeze when I leave . Really demotivating environment. Spend your money elsewhere .

This gym is big spacious with plenty of machine. It typically takes me an hour to complete my work but since there's plenty of machines I can go right from on top another with no waiting time. Great place squat, deadlift or bench easily

The gym as a whole is OK in that most things work and it's decently clean, but for what they charge now with the recent price increase, I wouldn't recommend it. Some of my main issues:- The hours used to be better, but they cut them due to covid, then never reverted them back.- They have too many events for kids/daycare. They'll just stick a table in the middle of the basketball court and have kids do arts and crafts, and this goes on all summer. Do I have to plan my gym visits around daycare events? You have a separate kids room, keep them in there, and stop interfering with other areas of the gym.- They don't care about maintenance/quality of the basketball court. The balls they provide are awful, the floor is dirty/slippery, and again, gets damaged by having little kids on there all the time. I've seen paint from their arts and crafts, glitter, etc.- Lately, they seem to be OK with letting a homeless person live in the basketball court during open hours. He wears the same clothes every day, smells badly, behaves erratically, stares at other guests, but they don't do anything about it.Update: that guy is still living in the gym 2 weeks later, and today I picked up a "fresh" towel stained with blood.

Had a terrible signup time with Ashley at the front desk. She explained that I had come in too many times as a guest (twice) and needed to signup. Told her “No worries, my employer offers us a work program where they cover our gym membership at lifetime”. Having said that; I’m a guaranteed sale.I was in a rush because I only have limited time for lunch to workout and she made it a point for me to fill out my info. Again, I am a guaranteed customer. The interesting part is that several of my coworkers have had terrible experiences with Ashley as well.Hopefully, I won’t have to deal with a terrible experience next time. (I won’t hold my breath based off the reviews this place has).

This club is Obsolete in terms of Lifetime fitness clubs yet they charge $129!!! It's one of the oldest LT in Texas, if not the first. The ONE heavy bag they have is a JOKE a 10 yr old could knock it over with a good punch. Showers are disgusting...no modesty changing room (EASY fix as part of a club refresh which could include adding an outcase cage with a heavy bag) So no modesty and they won't let you use the Family locker room anymore unless you have kids, they say to protect the kids BUT you can walk in as a male or female into the opposite locker room (per their trans policy) and that's not considered a liability. But using the family locker room because you can change in privacy AND as a wheelchair bound person have a REAL ada shower, (The "ADA" shower in the reg locker room is same size as standard...NO ROOM AT ALL) Management doesn't listen, corporate doesn't care and this club should not be $125.... Fitness connection across the street is 10 or 20 bucks! LA Fitness is 45 bucks....both of these clubs offer better facilities than the carrollton location. Go visit Lifetime FlowerMound or PLano (Still overpriced at 215 but at least it LOOKS like it's worth it.) This Lifetime is a COMPLETE JOKE THOUGH....AND THATS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY.

So disappointed I became a member before the pandemic( operating hours were late..) lifetime change the open hours. They are open for a few hours.. and they increase in their membership.. This is way so many people moving to LA Fitness and others gyms near by.

I was a member at this gym for over 10 years loved it I knew everyone and even worked there at one point I signed up when it was 60$ a month and was ok with all the increases in price. I had a family emergency and asked to freeze my account the guy at the from desk said I had to sign to freeze I said ok. Then I come back after 3 month and they said my membership had been canceled and I haave. To pay the new raid of 130 a month. And I left many messages with Stacy at the front desk and she said a manager will reach out And I still haven’t heard anything! This is not how to do business lifetime is great just stay away from this location!

This gym would get a 4 star if it was priced like your tipical 24 hours or LA fitness at $40 per month but because it’s costs double at $85 and it’s just as mediocre I am giving it 2 stars. The fact that they have not fixed the Jacuzzi in months shows how much they value their customers. It also shows I have no dignity for continue being a member 🤔

When you go to lifetime, you’re going there for a premium experience. This location is far from it. They have weights, cardio, etc. but cleanliness is an issue. The men’s bathroom is almost always dirty and the showers smell. For what you’re paying, I expect more water dispensers. The one closest to the pool has been broken for a while. It still works but takes forever to fill up bottles. We only signed up for a month and overall it was just okay.
