Good gym soo far. Sometimes it can get pretty crowded and other times im like the only one in here training besides like one or two other people. I like the fact that they dont try to make it comfortable when its hot by turning on air conditioner because a boxing gym is supposed to be hot at all times to aid in sweating. A lot of these other fake boxing gyms do that but you are not supposed to be comfy in a boxing gym. its supposed to be hot and sweaty. They have a lot of heavy bags which is good. it would be good if they had some kind of a discount on the membership though.overall this is a good gym though.

I took a boxing class here at 6pm on Wednesday and it was awesome! 🥵 They definitely can cater to all levels of boxers. The level of workout you get within an hour is amazing. 💪 The staff is super friendly and helpful and everyone was very welcoming and will help you if you aren’t sure of what to do. I also loved that this gym, and specifically the class I took, is accommodating and comfortable for females. It’s nice to go to a boxing class where there are a few other woman in the class with you and you aren’t the only one. 🥊

The best boxing gym I have been to. Been to Mexico City, Houston, San Antonio, Monterrey attended and had paid membership in several. This is by far the most serious, elegant, hard core, safely located, and dedicated all at the same time! I am not a affiliated in any way with this gym, and not expecting to get anything in return. I only wish that the businesses that are of the highest quality remain in the area , timelessly and permanently for boys and girls alike, thank you.

Not professional, before the pandemic I had 1 personal trainer section left, after reaching out few time to the trainer he refused to make contact with me. I was never refunded. It’s a shame how people treat others.Yes I understand that people can hire the coaches there. However, the Gym needs to do better in hiring PROFESSIONAL Trainer, Coach Brian (B) is not one.Refunding me back my last session due to Government closed down gyms for the pandemic, is not a hard task to do. Coach Brain is a thief.. this is what happened when u support Black business.. no integrity or honesty.
