I have been a member of this gym since March/April and it has been a great experience. The instructors are so helpful and the workouts are amazing. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great fitness community!

I joined this gym 4 months ago and I’m so glad I did! I love the classes- they are challenging but are good for any level of fitness. There is an amazing community with this gym that I have never experienced anywhere else. Since I joined, I’ve lost over 20 lbs but more importantly I’m feeling stronger and can tell a difference in my overall health. So glad I found the Mafia- best kickboxing gym around!

There is no better place to start Kickboxing! The team is amazing. After only 2 months of practice, I can feel a big difference: more energy, more technique, toned body and weight lost. A real pleasure to practice sport! I am really thankful to the Mafia family! You have to try!

This gym is the place to be if you would like to join a community of people who support you, who are motivated and who enjoy working out and having fun! Mafia helps you to become mentally and physically stronger through each workout. Deciding to join is probably one of the best decisions I've made this year! I've only been here 3/4 months now and I've already noticed inches off my waist and toning in my arms and legs.
