Best gym around- great coaches! And now they offer Cryotherapy! Been here 4years and the training just keeps getting better 😬 …

Probably the most friendly gym I have ever been in. Coach Mohler and his entire staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I did my free class and immediately signed up so that I could come all the time.

Fantastic training facility. Super friendly staff! Plus they have the most amazing cryotherapy equipment. In just 3 sessions my body feels 10X times better.

I have been going to the Coppell location since 2008. I'm currently a purple belt and this place is 100% family friendly and the gym itself acts like a family. When I open my own gym I plan on using this model for my own.

I have to say that this place is more of a businessthan an actual MMA gym. I paid for three months of trainingbecause they require 3 month or 6 month commitment which is a bad sign right from the start. When i asked for information i was told i could go month by month but the day i came back to sign up i was surprised i had to commit.I unfortunately had to miss a whole month of training because of minor injury i had to heal up. When i called the owner to see if anything could bedone like use the credit on the next month once i healed. He went on to tell me i had to tell them beforethe whole month started, that i was not going to be able to train. Not only that but that i also needed a doctors note as proof. No disrespect but I am a full time college studenti don't have time or money to go see a doctor when i can barely pay my own school tuition. I wasn't trying to get free training or cheat them or even asking fora refund. I feel i was cheated, they could'veeasily checked and seen my membership card was not scanned once in the whole month. He said next time i had to tell em with plenty of time beforehand, like as if i plannedto get injured. Not only that but they failed to inform me of this kind of policy before i even signed up. There is always a different person in their front desk and most of them don't even know any prices or policies so they're no help. And when you ask for the owners they are barely around.Beware that they do have a lot of coaches turnover, i had two different wrestling coaches and like three different muay thai coaches within 3 months. Sometimes whenthe actual coaches were absent they would ask one of their students to run the class. Some knew what they were doing othersjust pushed the beginners way too hard and did not know how to actually teach. I was told the ownerwas the head jujitsu coach but not once did i meet him or learn anything from him. I believe he spends most of his time in their other location which is great but why say he was going to be the one teaching when that was not the case. This place does teach boxing, jujitsu, muay thai however their wrestling class is very disappointing. If you are looking to learn actual competitive MMA where you combine the actual different disciplines look elsewhere. There is not one class where they teach you how to use everythingyou've learned and begin to put it together, how actual MMA should be.Overall i feel it was a complete waste of time and money if you do decide to sign up be sure to get all the information you seek from the actual owner and if you don't feel comfortable having to commit there are always other gyms out there.

I train here and I thoroughly enjoy it. The staff is attentive and friendly. Professor Mohler is knowledgable and a great teacher. The boxing is also awesome here too. I can't see myself training anywhere else.
