Love this community and gym! Keeps me motivated to keep working out. Instructors are highly knowledgeable and, most of all, fun! So thankful I found this gym!!

I have enjoyed everything so far. Friendly and lots of attention. You feel so welcome that you want to go back everyday.The space is amazing, classes are awesome. This gym is awesome. I get lifting, yoga, and massage all under one roof! The owners and staff are kind, professional, and humble people. They are very welcoming to all who come there. The trainers are patient with the newbies and also push the regulars to perform their best! I've been a member since Dec 2021 and I just love it here. give em a try, u won't regret it!

Mvement is by far the best gym in Dallas! The facility is always kept super clean, the owners and the amazing front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and the coaches are some of the best in the industry. You have access to a range of class/training options and there is really something for everyone. And if you need childcare while you workout, their Mini Mvement area is so much fun, safe and clean for the kids. Our daughter loves it and asks to go even on days when we are not going to the gym! If you are looking for a gym, definitely try out Mvement!

Fantastic community, excellent coaching, extremely clean facility. The owners and staff truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and ensure you are getting a superior workout experience.The coaches make you feel extremely welcome and offer the extra hands on assist to ensure you are performing the workout correct. This goes for all classes from boxing, yoga, functional fitness.I am extremely happy to have found this gym and highly encourage everyone to come see why I enjoy it so much

Looking for a boujee gym but hate the boujee attitude and price tag? Then look no further!! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a smiling face that knows you by name, a clean as eff space, and lights that would make the club feel jealous. Not only are all of the employees amazing, the members are as well. Not your typical “c-word we don’t speak of” gym where you get sized up as soon as you walk in. (Lololol but y’all know what I’m talking about.) This place really cares about your health and wellness, not just collecting your membership fees. The different classes they offer are amazing, never in my life would I think I would enjoy boxing and yoga but here we are! All of the coaches and instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable, and it is so nice to be able to try something new (ahem, hot hiit whut?!) and feel SAFE while you’re doing it. As soon as you walk through those doors, you know you’re in great hands. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I just wish I was under the age limit so I could go play in the epic kids room as well.

This gym is incredible. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable with every movement and the entire staff make it a point to know your name and make you feel welcome. The price is very competitive to every other boutique or box gym in Dallas but it offers so much more. I seriously couldn’t recommend it enough!

Most incredible staff. Concierge like service. Not comparable to any fitness place I’ve ever been to. Coaches are top notch, knowledgeable and unmatched anywhere in the city. The community makes this place magical. Everyone is welcoming, loving, helpful, caring and push each other to be their best version of yourself. So much variety in classes, workouts and recovery options for your body! It’s a must see, try and join gym!

Awesome gym!! Great variety of classes (boxing, hot HIIT, functional movements), the coaches are amazing, always super clean, and the entire staff is extremely friendly and greets you personally by name as you walk in. Owners are always there, welcome and accept feedback. Very well run gym!

This gym is EVERYTHING!!! The facilities, the owners and the coaches are truly amazing. There is a feeling of community and love for everyone there!! They don’t just want your money. They want you as a person! If you’re nervous, just try it! One membership offers access to SO MUCH. I can honestly say I’ve never gotten so much value for the price at a gym. Did I mention I’ve also lost 15lbs since joining? Sign up!!! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!
