Honestly, a hidden gem. The staff there is awesome. The gym has an old school feel to it. Def worth checking out if you’re in the area.

This guy...this gym is locally owned and operated. It has 4 treadmills and only 1 of them work. The owner also thought it would be a good idea to close up shop (because we have to for the stay at home order) and yet STILL charge his memberships. In a time when unemployment is at its highest. A third of Americans are unable to pay rent...and this joke of an owner is still charging membership fees while at the same time providing no way to cancel them online. Do NOT use. You’re better off buying a pair of dumbbells and jogging around the block.

Loved this place, and especially loved the environment!! The fact that it was open 24 hours a day was convenient in addition to its location and proximity to major streets and roads.Everyone here I've encountered with, from the staff to other gym members. have been nothing but friendly and respectful!With that said, this isn't a fancy place with carpet and tvs everywhere, this is a GYM with everything that you need to get a great workout in at an affordable and fair price!

Great character, space and sound system. It seems like an excellent gym for body builders. Opposite of a corporate franchise gym.
