I wish I could give Offbeat more than 5 stars! Offbeat has created a positive environment that is not only centered around movement, but creating encouraging relationships with the instructors and community. All of the instructors are approachable and will be your biggest fan. They meet you where you are and do not put expectations on you to perform a certain way. I can not recommend offbeat enough!

I’ve been going to Offbeat for just about a month now and have loved every class! I have never consistently done group fitness because of hesitancy as a “newbie” and quite frankly the cost - but this place helps with both of those barriers!! Super welcoming environment and very affordable pricing (with great introductory deals). Have been begging multiple friends to try out classes with me and won’t stop soon!

The Offbeat experience is truly unmatched! The vibes are incredible and the community is so supportive and inspiring! I absolutely love Claire’s Thursday morning cycling classes! They’re such good energy and a great way to start the end of the week before Friday and the weekend. There is a bunch of parking outside the studio and it’s right next to Cane Rosso—if you need dinner after their evening classes. They have such fun events too like their St. Patrick’s Day Party!! Highly recommend all their classes.

The owner, Mark, really cares about the gym & everyone that walks in the door. I’ve always been impressed with all of the instructors for both cycling & boxing. Definitely worth of a 5 star review!

I really can’t say enough about Offbeat and if you are reading this you can trust me because I have never been some super athlete and for many years I have expressed my hatred for group exercise classes and work out studios in general. I have always wanted exercise to be a positive experience for me and I have felt like classes at most studios have led to comparison and I don’t like the elitist competitive culture at a lot of boutique fitness studios. I really didn’t think it was possible, but Offbeat is the antithesis of everything I thought a boxing and cycling studio would be. The instructors are personable, inclusive, and approachable. I walk out of every class feeling energized and uplifted. There is a such a strong sense of community and I really never knew what I could possibly be missing out on. One my goals this year has been to show up for myself even when it gets hard and Offbeat has helped push me towards that both in and out of the studio. Claire’s classes are fun and refreshing and exciting and she is so welcoming and encouraging. Latrice is inspiring and has shown me I can do harder things than I think I am capable of! Mark, Morgan, Kelsi are amazing…. I mean I could go on and on, because everyone is great. If you’re thinking about going, just go! You will be welcomed with open arms, Offbeat is for everyone.

If you want to change your life in the most positive way possible, come to Offbeat. The space is beautiful, but it's the instructors and Mark the owner, who make this place so special. I thought classes like this would not for me because of my age and relative lack of fitness when I started, but with Offbeat, you will be welcomed, and you'll never feel like you're not doing enough, or shouldn't be there. Whether it's Latrice, Claire, Jill, Amanda, Manny, Mark or any of the other instructors, you'll have a great workout and have fun. Not only are they fabulous instructors, they are wonderful people. Believe the 5 star reviews, and join. Even if you don't believe you can do it, and even if you ( like me ) can't at first, Offbeat will help you get there.

What a fantastic place to call home! I began instructing at Offbeat this summer and between the beautiful space, the dedication to cleanliness, and the overall community, I can't imagine my life without Offbeat!

OffBeat is the fitness studio that East Dallas has been sorely missing. The space, staff and classes are awesome, and they've done a really nice job keeping everything clean/sanitized and COVID-safe. I'm so glad we FINALLY have a (very) solid studio nearby!

Fantastic space with great classes and an owner that is focused on community wellness. I found the studio kept very clean and protocols put in place to stay safe during workouts. I like their introductory package letting you try different classes out, stop by and work off some of that quarantine fifteen!
