It’s a class with an instructor/coach using various equipment. It is very motivating in that it shows how long we are in different zones. It’s an excellent workout with great instructors, and we all love splat points.

I love that every workout is different and that I can wake up, show up, and know I will get a great workout. I don't have to plan it out myself... which always meant doing the same 3 moves and not seeing results I wanted. Orangetheory changed that for me. It's safe to say I'm addicted to OTF and can't imagine life without it!

Structured with personal trainer vibe to keep you accountable. Coaches are GREAT! And the heart rate monitor keeps you in competition to stay active

I love that it is trainer-led. I definitely wouldn’t have as great of a workout on my own. Plus, it is still go at your own pace and you can monitor your heart rate. It makes for an excellent workout that is the right amount of intense!

I was visiting from another city for work, should've planned ahead with wait lists, but got in twice and the coaches were great and knew my name in the class right away. The front desk staff was super friendly as well. Great gym in a cool part of Dallas.

The workouts are different every day which keeps it exciting and fun. The coaches are awesome! I also love being able to track my calories burned, heart rate, & splat points throughout the workout.
