I’ve been coming to this gym for alittle over 2 years now and absolutely LOVE it. I love the class structure and the friends that I have made while being there. The gym also has open hours for days I cannot make a class, which allows me to get my workout in every day! SD +SS

It works! The workouts are a proprietary mix between orange theory and CrossFit. We rotate through new phases of workouts throughout the year so you’re not bored and get the best benefit. But…the best part is the community of members and trainers. Get a free pass and make sure you meet Sally and Stephen!

PZF has literally changed my life in such a positive way! I have been working out at this gym for about 3 years now and I have become stronger both mentally and physically. There is seriously no gym like this gym in Dallas! Definitely one of a kind!!!!Love , MM/CF

I have been at Peak zone on and off since 2014 and I can honestly say you won’t get a better workout anywhere else. I love the people I have met and all the trainers! Michelle and Clay make the workouts fun but also push you to do your best! Highly recommend! MW/CD

This small boutique gym completely transformed my fitness journey, which is how I ended up owning part of it. I first came across it back in 2017. I was attracted to it because of the mix of cardio and strength training after spending several years paying for big box gyms that I didn't use. The problem for me was that I wasn't knowledgeable enough about fitness and thus I would get discouraged by endless cardio sessions and barely noticeable results. This gym is different in that the program is customized to your specific goals. At the time I was overweight, and I wanted to lose fat, so the trainers had me start out with high rep. counts, moving quickly, and offering up a nutritional plan that I could follow without making huge compromises. I started seeing results within a few months. I ultimately lost 40 pounds in 3 months.Over the years my goals have changed from fat-loss and moved into building more muscle and working towards being healthier overall. The trainers have been immensely helpful at every point. It's like having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost. This changed my life pretty dramatically for the better, both in terms of physical fitness but also mental wellbeing.When I heard that this gym was going to close down at the end of 2022, because of the damages caused by the pandemic, I knew that I had to intervene, not only because I needed the gym to stay open for me but also because this place is valuable to the Lake Highlands community. Along with a partner and the gym's founder we have worked to keep this place running better than ever.One thing that sets us apart is a commitment to individual progress. We work to track your achievements and provide ongoing support to help you reach new heights. Whether it's increasing your strength, or even just boosting your overall confidence, you'll see positive changes here.The gym is a true hidden gem. Absolutely the best gym in Dallas But so much more than a gym. I lost 20 lbs, gained so much confidence, a lot of strength - even got in good enough shape for a half ironman. Total fitness from amazing coaches. It worked for me - works for anyone.

Peak Zone Fitness has changed my life! Before Peak Zone, I was unhealthy, and I didn’t know how to “fix it” myself. Fast forward three years down the road, and I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my whole life and it is now a priority in my life. Every day the workouts are different so that you’re strengthening the right muscle groups, and not focusing on one thing all the time (which is what I used to do at the gym if I ever went). I’m so much healthier, stronger, happier, and I actually love the trainers and the people I work out with! If I can do it, anyone can! Check them out! 🙌🏻
