I'm really loving the hydro massage and shiatsu chaos. I mostly do elliptical for low impact walking and some machines I can figure out. At home I do the stairs a few times a day. Working my way back up to 10000 steps. Most of what I do, I can do at home but not the elliptical and massage. I would love to have the cheapest plan, but massage is not included. Other than that... It's cool 😎

This franchise goes all in with their gyms. Everything and everyone at the Forest/Greenville location is terrific. The gym is always spotless, the bathrooms are clean, the staff is attentive, welcoming and friendly. Finally the selection of VIP tanning beds, massage lounges/chairs, cardio and strength equipment is vast!!! Thank you guys and thank you to the franchise owner for taking pride your business.

REASONS WHY NOT TO JOIN:1)This location was(as in not anymore) clean and well managed.2)The staffs work ethic has diminished as of late.3) Their high school kid promote allowing them access till end of August.4)A lot of high school kids on their phones taking up space that should not be here!… needless to say I will be canceling my membership.
