The workers there use to be nice and respectful don’t know what happened but the black light skin guy with dreads was hella rude because My guest followed me to the relaxing room .. telling me his gona cancel my membership with such disrespect , I hate him! He makes me uncomfortable and unmotivated

Clean and professional environment, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I was very intimidated with going to the gym at first but it’s really the first faces you see when you enter is what impacts my experience there. The front desk staff are all amazing. I especially want to acknowledge Mireya who is always greeting me with a big smile and never fails to make my day every time I see her. I’ve had the best customer service experience with her!

This is a nice simple kinda workout facility, until you get to the room with the massage chairs - OH MOMMA!!! THOSE THINGS ARE NICE! There are television monitors everywhere!The staff isn't pushy. They have one personal trainer, but he is the best in the business is what I heard.The entire tour takes less than 15 minutes, and there are plenty of different kinds of workout stations to choose from.The difference in price for 24 hour access to everything including the must have massage chairs, vs. the basic package is only $7 extra per month. $21 compared to $28. I think the extra couple bucks is worth it.They have locations nationwide.Sorry no pics, but it would have been kind creepy walking through the gym taking pictures all over the place while people are trying to get their flabby bodies tightened up 🤭

Terrible Customer service plus the corporate will take money off of your card on a day you least expect it not the day they're suppose to. Rediculous scam.
