This gym had any equipment needed for a good workout. There was plenty of space to get your workout done and having your own space to do it. The whole facility was very clean and up to date. This is a great place to train if you looking to get into working out.

The owners here really take pride in assuring the customer experience is 10/10. When not working with clients I see them obsessing over the little things to make sure all it perfect... Are the weights always racked and organized? Are the bathrooms clean? Are the floors clean? Are the workout stations over crowded or do they need to curb the influx of people working out to assure availability at all hours? All and all, these guys are so professional and what I pay for a membership is far exceeded by the value I receive. Keep up the fantastic work Evan and Taylor!

Great overall gym. Really great equipment, good natural lighting, helpful staff, and a big open space with a lot of room. Not too crowded either, even Monday at 5.Have all the equipment for modern lifting styles.

This gym is made for people that want to work out and love to try new equipment. From Rogue equipment to state of the art grips this place has it all. Plus everything in the gym was well thought out and has a purpose there. The machine and rack placements are even organized by muscle group. The place has a lot of space but still has a small gym feel since it’s not particularly busy. Awesome gym all around.

Professional and courteous staff, and owners who truly take pride in offering the best to their members, clean and sanitary environment, as well as a variety of machines and free weights to help you hit every muscle group and meet your goals. I was in Dallas for a week to visit family and was looking for a gym to lift some weights and burn off the family visiting calories. I was recommended Recess by my sister and signed up with Taylor at the front desk for a really affordable price!At first I was a little apprehensive because the gym is on the highest floor of a business complex but was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the cleanliness of the facility and the plethora of equipment available. I work out in the evenings and there was never a lack of a power rack or bench for barbell exercises. There was also a really good variety of isolation machines and a huge dumbbell mirror area.The restrooms and locker facility was also really clean and well kept. The only thing I would improve or add is to put some trays / bars in the shower stalls.10/10 would lift again

Such a beautiful, well intentioned gym. You can tell the owners put thought into every detail of the space: from the layout of the equipment, to the locker room amenities. The gym is clean and well maintained, and has every piece of equipment you could need for a great workout. They are constantly rolling out perks and events for members, who by the way are all people striving to improve themselves and others. This gym and community have become my home away from home!

Amazing gym. The first time I went I met Evan one of the owners. He showed us around the gym. It’s a super clean, awesome locker rooms and amazing equipment. I sighed up for PT with Kyle and had some great results in 6 weeks.

Love this gym. The equipment is first rate and there's enough to go around for everyone. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming. The owners are phenomenal and the best around. For any workout needs you might have, this is definitely the place.

Have been a Recess member for the past year. Nothing but good things to say about this place - all new and well kept equipment, friendly staff, daily cleaning of the whole gym, and rarely too overcrowded. They continue to get new equipment and amenities that goes to show they care about their clients. Great trainers and classes to offer. Great variety of equipment. Overall very positive experience.
