I recently took my first sculpt class at Sculpt House and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed when booking your first class. My instructor spent 3 minutes telling me about the machine - the instructions were very brief and unhelpful. The class overall was pretty good, however, as a first timer it would have been helpful to have more modifications - especially since the class was relatively small. Additionally, the instructor nor the front desk staff gave good byes or checked-in on how the class went. The studio was a bit unwelcoming, which doesn’t encourage me to go back again.

Originally an easy choice for me due to location, this workout has quickly found its way into my weekly routine for many more reasons. The employees are kind and welcoming, instructors are motivational and helpful and the studio itself is very clean and updated. I find these classes well worth the price and encourage anyone interested to try a class and see for yourself! But be prepared, you will become addicted (in the best way)!

This place is the worst. I arrived in time for my class and Ann was so rude! She wouldn’t let me in to go workout with my friend. Do not go here! Rudest staff ever.

Went to the 9:30 am and boy howdy did my body feel it right then and there at 9:45ish. Great place to get a workout, and get after it. I am a completely satisfied customer, and will stay away from Cheetos and donuts for the rest of the week.

I really enjoyed the pace of the classes and the style but like someone else mentioned on another review, I didn’t find the instructors to be warm and welcoming. I went to 10 classes with several different teachers and still didn’t feel welcomed. I also wished the instructors focused a little more on form when using the megaformer. There wasn’t much instruction or correction taking place to know if you were doing something incorrectly.

I tried the Cardio Sculpt class here for the first time this past week. The class was awesome, I liked that it was split between the reformer and the treadmill, and that there's a screen that tells you the level of speed you should be pushing for and how long. I took off one star because this was my first time, I showed up 15 minutes before class as instructed in the email but it was unnecessary because I just waited until the class was open again 5 minutes before start time. It wasn't communicated to the instructor that my friends and I were new so she didn't come over to give us a walkthrough. We had to go ask her, which was fine but we felt unwelcomed. The class at 6:45 only had 6 people which also felt low in spirits. I'll try this studio again maybe in an earlier class and/or different instructor.
