Don't be tricked into prepayments with their "trainers". The trainer I worked with did not show up for our sessions and when I asked him for my money back he has told me the check is in the mail a half a dozen times. This has been going on since May. Complaining to management/owner does no good as trainers are not employees. However they are promoted on web site.

Great gym. The owner is friendly and prices the gym fairly. Great variety of equipment, good amenities, never too crowded. I can go whenever I need to with the 24 hour access. I brought my father and he enjoyed it so much that he signed up too. Definitely would recommend to others.
