I really enjoyed my first class and I bought a package of 2 classes to try out the class and decide if I wanted to continue with a membership. I received a text when I was out of town for work that my second class was expiring, so I asked for an extension so that I could still take the class when I returned from my work trip. Upon returning home, I unfortunately caught strep throat and asked for a couple more days to be able to take the class when I was feeling better and no longer contagious, which I think is a very reasonable request as I certainly don’t want to get anyone in the class sick. I was told that was not possible because I had already asked for an extension. I’m not sure why the policy is so strict especially for extenuating circumstances like work travel and illness, and especially considering I paid for this class and I am trying out the class for the very first time. The extension I was asking for was only a couple days, which I also assumed was a reasonable request. This is really not the way to offer a welcoming environment to new customers.

A nice studio with great music! Steph is an amazing instructor and was helpful with my form and corrected my posture a few times, which I am always open to, because I want to receive the maximum benefits from my workouts. The location is convenient and has shopping and restaurants nearby. I love the challenge of Pilates and how it is something that you will never master, you just become stronger.

This was the first studio I tried through ClassPass and the only reason I decided to keep my classpass account active. I've been to full body workouts with Nace and Calli. Both are fabulous instructors. The workouts are fast paced with high energy music. They can be more challenging than some other pilates studios but totally worth it. For the first class, I recommend showing up 10 minutes early so you can familiarize yourself with the machine.

This is the place to go to if you want to get abs! I could feel every ab muscle working throughout the whole class! All the instructors are great, my favorite is Nace he’s great at helping with adjustments and pushing us to keep going. Easy parking as there’s an attached garage. The machines and studio are nice and clean! Highly recommend!

I am a regular user on ClassPass and this was by far the hardest class I’ve ever been to. For a first - timer, go prepared to look ridiculous and sweat a lot. Take a class with Brittney - my favorite instructor so far!

Love this studio! The workouts are hard but addictive, classes are small so they really do pay attention to your form, push you hard but not too hard. I also love the instructors! Would highly recommend!

Hi! So, this studio is not open yet, so I am not sure what the dirty bathrooms comment is about. However, [solidcore] is a fantastic workout, and will work your muscles in a way you have never experienced before. I saw results so quickly. Sam, the manager, is so friendly and caring, and you are always treated kindly in a [solidcore] studio.I loved this workout in DC and in Atlanta! So excited to have them in Dallas.

The best workout out there! Give them 50 minutes of your day and you will see changes in no time. The coaches are amazing, studio is beautiful, and the workout itself is the most difficult yet rewarding class I have ever experienced.
