I came to starting strength with about 10 years of "experience" in the gym. Despite all those years under my belt, I was constantly getting injured and was never really seeing appreciable results or getting any stronger.In only 4 months at starting strength, I drastically improved all my lifts and feel much more solid with respect to being injury resistant.Having coaches like Jordan, Morgan, Jayne and Brent has been priceless and I highly recommend starting your strength journey here.

Absolutely outstanding gym and coaches. Classes are small (at most six or seven people) with excellent equipment and, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable and professional coaches giving personalized attention. It’s a great community, as well. The Starting Strength approach is backed by science and experience and is, frankly, life changing in terms of one’s long-term health, fitness, and mental well-being. Don’t just take my word for it. Look into for yourself and then sign up.

Someone once told me: "Anyone who's serious about their physical fitness should get a trainer."I've been attending this gym for just over 4 weeks now, but the results I've seen so far are nothing short of incredible. At the time of this writing, I've been going to Starting Strength Dallas for about 16 months. The strength I've gained in that amount of time is amazing. The coaching here is terrific. The program is very sound. The social environment is encouraging and fun.The only thing that I really do well is show up. And I will assure anyone reading this review that if you do the same the results will follow. In my 16 months, I've added over 200lbs to my squat and over 250 to my deadlift. I'm in my 60's. I couldn't be more pleased with the way I look and feel.My motivation when joining Starting Strength was to gain the strength necessary to age gracefully. I am completely confident that I am achieving my goal.Give this place a try.

I've been training at Starting Strength Dallas since November 2019. The people and process have been instrumental in helping me become a healthier person. I have lost weight and have gotten stronger as well. I highly recommend the gym to anyone who's tried "everything" with no success. The quality of the coaching sets them apart from any other gym. Coach Jordan has been a great resource and guide.

I have had many gym memberships over the years but I have never stuck with any of them until now. This is the best fitness program for several reasons. Excellent coaching, safety, small groups, personalized attention and expert knowledge about fitness and strength. Coach Brent Carter is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. I am in my 70s and people tell me I look 15 years younger. It’s been a great experience. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to Starting Strength Dallas for about 6 months now and I have loved my journey so much. Coach Nathan has been with me every step of the way and really took the time to learn what my goals were and set a clear path for how I would be able to reach them. Everyone at the gym is so inviting and makes you feel comfortable for whatever stage you are at in your fitness journey. I can confidently say I have never felt stronger and more confident in my life and I'm so excited to continue this journey. I love this place! Great personal training and nice people. English is my second language and also I was not familiar do working out so it was little hard to understand how do to powerlifting but Jordan is a really good at teaching power lifting and really kind so I improved my body a lot and also powerlifting routine(bench press, squat, and deadlift)💪🏻Register is easy and you can record your workout on the website! I recommend this place😊
